At MrShoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer cardboard box to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
